Can you help me set my gemstone as jewelry?

Of course! Upon purchasing we will reach out to you if you’d like us to set your gemstones as jewelry or ship as if. If you aren’t sure, we can also give you some inspo!

How long will it take for order to ship?

For items that are in stock (i.e. not made to order), your package will ship out within 2 business days from when the order was placed

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally soon.

Can I return or exchange the gemstones I purchased?

Yes, for any available gemstone we have a 7 day return policy.

In the case of sourcing project, if you decide to purchase the stone and would like to return, there will be restocking fee that we will disclose at the time of purchase based on the value of the stone.
